Weldon’s Berry Healthy Smoothie (1 serving)
Start your day loaded with nutrients. The blueberries and acai juice pack in antioxidants, and the yogurt provides critical protein. Mix these ingredients in a blender and drink to your health.
1/2 cup acai juice (or Pomegranate)
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon flaxseed (ground)
1 pump of your favorite Weldon Flavoring
(or more to taste)
Add ice (optional)

Weldon’s Hazelnut Raisin Oatmeal (1 serving)
Use your usual preparation of oatmeal
Use old fashioned rolled oats or steel cut oats
After oats are cooked add raisins to taste
Mix in one pump of Weldon Hazelnut Flavoring
(or more flavoring to taste)

Hazelnut Sour Cream Coffee Cake
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
powdered sugar (optional)

Topping:
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Several drops of "The Coffee Shop" Hazelnut Flavoring
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt, beat. Pour half the batter into a greased and floured cake ring. Sprinkle on half the topping, then pour on remainder of batter and sprinkle on rest of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 1-2 hours before removing from pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on each piece you will be serving, if desired.
